Brian Arellanes Chairman
Brian Arellanes is the Chairman of IRC, and one of its Co-Founders. Mr. Arellanes serves on multiple Boards and has more than thirteen years of experience in Technology, Management, and Professional Engineering Services, which led him to his current role as Co-Founder & Chairman of IRC. In addition, Brian is Founder and Chairman of ITSource Technology, a multi-million dollar consulting firm. The clients for ITSource include executives and key decision makers at several Fortune 100 & 500 companies including: McKesson, Wells Fargo, Northrop Grumman, EDS, Becton Dickenson, and several others as well as work within the government sector, namely the Department of Homeland Security. Prior to ITSource Technology he was responsible for building two other technology based Professional Services firms by managing and leading sales initiatives to take them from infancy to industry leading firms. He has been able to forge long-lasting relationships with top level executives and execute multi-million dollar national service agreements. Mr. Arellanes graduated from California State University, Chico with a Bachelors degree in Psychology and a minor in Business Management and Human Resource Management.
 
Luc P. Ringuette Chief Executive Officer
Luc P. Ringuette is Chief Executive Officer of International Renewables and a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Ringuette is a board member and advisor to numerous corporations, including the recently founded United States - Mexico Market Exchange (focused on bi-national relations to advance commerce). In 2002, Luc was one of the three founding directors of E*Fill America, a nationwide U.S. warehousing company, who capitalized and launched E*Fill in 2002. Over the last twenty years, Mr. Ringuette has founded companies in several industries, and has served as Chairman or CEO for other public and private companies. As a director, advisor, and investor, Mr. Ringuette brings broad marketing, financial, and business development expertise for the creation of new ventures and business expansion. From 1989 to 2002, Mr. Ringuette focused his efforts on the warehouse management, transportation, and data interchange software industry, which led to the creation of Somerset Automation in 1989. In 1997, Slingshot eCity acquired Somerset. Mr. Ringuette received a Master of Science degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California in 1988, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, in 1984.
 
Ed Merino Advisor - Corporate Growth
Ed Merino is chief executive officer and founder of Office of the Chairman. Ed is a boardroom executive coach whose clients are board chairmen, board members, CEOs, and their direct reports. Key to his coaching is helping executives move from "success to significance." Ed received a Director Certification from UCLA's Anderson School of Business's Directors' College. He studied mechanical and electrical engineering at the United States Naval Academy, Annapolis, Maryland. Ed has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, Orange County Register, Orange County Business Journal, Directors and Boards, Directorship, CIO magazine, Corporate Boardmember magazine and other publications. Thaleia Schlesinger Advisor - Government
Thaleia Tsongas Schlesinger is President of Schlesinger & Associates. Schlesinger & Associates is a consulting firm specializing in strategic planning and communications; professional services marketing; government, community and media relations; and crisis management and communications. The firm has worked with a wide variety of domestic and international clients in the private and government sectors. Clients of the firm include developers of major real estate and infrastructure projects; environmental, engineering and construction management firms; energy companies; and firms in the health care, education, and biotechnology sectors. Additionally, Ms. Schlesinger has developed and led international marketing trips for domestic clients exploring overseas opportunities; planned and coordinated visits of foreign dignitaries to the US to introduce them to clients' projects  and professional services capabilities; and conducted orientation visits and conferences for the US Trade Development Agency. In the 1992 Democratic presidential primaries, Ms. Schlesinger traveled extensively on behalf of the campaign for President of her twin brother, the late US Senator Paul Tsongas. As a representative of her brother, she met with political leaders across the country, spoke to diverse groups in over 25 states as well as Washington, D.C., and gave interviews to print and broadcast reporters in the local and national media. She was chairperson of the Massachusetts Delegation for the 1992 Democratic National Committee. In 2008, Ms Schlesinger was an Obama delegate to the Democratic Convention. From 1982 to 1985 she served as Director of Development for the Institute of Contemporary Art where, in addition to fundraising, she worked with the Board of Trustees on government relations. Ms. Schlesinger's media experience includes presswork for her clients as well as for political candidates, local charities and civic organizations. She had previously served as press secretary for Congressman Barney Frank's 1980 congressional campaign, and worked closely with local and national press as Chair and spokesperson for his 1982 re-election. She has been a media consultant to the President's Youth Exchange Initiative, the 1984 Presidential Debate on Women's Issues, and a host of other organizations. Ms. Schlesinger served on the Democratic Platform Committee in 1980. Ms. Schlesinger's extensive community involvement includes membership on the Board of Trustees of the Boston Center for the Arts, The Ford Hall Forum, the Conservation Law Foundation, Health Resources in Action, the Massachusetts Association of Mental Health; She serves on the Board of Trustees of Northeastern University's School of Public Policy and Urban Affairs. She has also served on the boards of national organizations such as People for the American Way.
 
Larry Jordan Advisor - Sales & Marketing
Mr. Jordan is a member of the Orange County Tech Coast Angels and was founding Membership Chairman of the Los Angeles Network. He has personally invested in over 20 seed, angel and angel/VC funded startups in the past 10 years. Mr. Jordan sits on a variety of Boards of Directors and Corporate advisory boards. In addition, he provides consulting services to business enterprises, primarily in technology, relating to business management and revenue acceleration practices. Mr. Jordan has been involved in technology for over 30 years. He began his career in sales and sales management with  Honeywell Information Systems and served as International Vice President with this Fortune 500 Company. Mr. Jordan then joined FileNet as a founding member of the Senior Management team for sales and led this pioneering software company's strategic sales efforts in content management for 12 years during its growth from $0 to $250MM in sales. FileNet was sold to IBM in 2007 for $1.6 Billion. Mr. Jordan most recently completed a three year term as CEO/Chairman of TouchStone Software Inc. (NASDAQTSSW). In addition to the Tech Coast Angels, Mr. Jordan is Director Emeritus of the Forum for Corporate Directors, and has recently served on the Advisory boards of the UC Irvine Schools of Art and Information Sciences. He is also a coach and mentor at the Loyola Marymount EMBA and the UC Irvine's MBA program. He also judges business plans for the UCLA Anderson FEMBA GAP program. He was recently Chairman of E Team, the leading provider of major incident management software and services, which was sold in 2005 to NC4 Corporation. Mr. Jordan received a BS Economics from Arizona State University. He recently was named a Certified Director by the Director's Institute, the Anderson School at UCLA.
 
Al Waibel Advisor - Chief Scientist
Mr. Waibel comes to IRC with over 30 years of experience in geothermal exploration and development in North and Central America, Asia, Africa and Europe and is the owner of Columbia Geoscience, a geological consulting service company focused on geothermal exploration and development. Mr. Waibel co-authored the geothermal section of the Encyclopedia of Physical Science and Technology as well as developed and taught multiple courses on hydrothermal minerals and interpretation and application of data collected for site development. Mr. Waibel is a Licensed Professional Geologist in Oregon and Washington, and has memberships including: Geothermal Resources Council (since 1974), American Geophysical Union (since 1972), Association of Exploration Geochemists, Geological Society of America.
 
Robert Levin Advisor - Mergers & Acquisitions
Rob Levin began his business career in 1985 as an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions Department of The First Boston Corporation (now Credit Suisse). While at First Boston, he worked on a wide variety of assignments and also spent two years as a dedicated member of the Divestiture and Exclusive Sale Group where he advised a number of industrial clients. In 1990, he joined Bankers Trust (now Deutsche Bank) in Corporate Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions where he continued to execute transactions for industrial corporations and provide acquisition ideas and financing to private equity firms. In 1997 he became a founding principal of Thoma Cressey Equity Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm, where as part of their investment approach he began to focus on the logistics industry. In 2000, he formed Republic Partners to concentrate on providing strategic advisory, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions services to the logistics industry as well as seeking selected principal investment opportunities. He has played a principle role in a wide variety of transactions for clients including Sumitomo Corporation of America, ADS Logistics, May Logistics Services (Code Hennessy & Simmons), GENCO Distribution System, Kenco Logistic Services, Lanter Logistics, MegaSys, Omega Refining, Chrysler Corporation, Chiquita Brands, Textron, and Harbour Group and is currently advising a number of CEOs in the logistics industry. He graduated with an AB from Harvard University and received his Masters of Management from Northwestern's J.L Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
