We assure subject matter expertise by augmenting our team with IRC’s solution partners, selected by IRC after extensive diligence and evidence of their capabilities to support the most sophisticated and difficult studies and implementations.

Our EES team stays current with the opportunities for tax breaks, grants, rebates, and other financing and investment options such as our IRC Programs. The profitable new energy solutions are thus presented with two sets of return on investments: (1) Without any subsidies, and (2) With subsidies. It is important for our customers to understand that our IRC New Energy Solutions stand on their own without subsidies, and that subsidies are bonus values to the return on investments.

As part of completing our EES product and services, the IRC role includes (but not limited to) the:
• Management of projects under a program view to maximize return on investments.
• Interview, vetting, and selection of sub contractors – further augmenting IRC resources as necessary to reduce costs and expedite results.
• Delivery of all resources, workmanship, and equipment as well as the ongoing reporting of achieved return on investments and income generated from each project and the overall program.
• Billing of all services and products under IRC program process and invoices to leverage all opportunities to improve budgetary results.
