IRC Studies Roadmap

The roadmap for both IRC EES and NPOS Studies tasks and deliverables were developed to apply across multiple industries, leading us to the implementation of New Energy Solutions for Quick wins, Upgrades, and Power Investments. The average time to complete an EES study is four to six weeks, and a typical case would be a building of 50,000 square feet, three floors, with high density occupancy. There are three major customer decisions during the EES and NPOS studies:

1) Level II Walk Through – Decision to add a high-level review during the EES study to measure the feasibility of high cost Upgrades and Power Investments. The advanced work in NPOS studies finalizes these sophisticated implementation decisions.

2) EES Analysis and Proposal – Decision on what Quick Wins and Upgrades to budget and implement, including “go no-go” decision to contract IRC NPOS Study for the high cost upgrades and power investments that received high-level review.

3) NPOS Advanced Analysis and Proposal – Decision on what high cost Upgrades to implement, including “go no-go” to contract (or participate in IRC Program) for IRC Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) and IRC Private and Public Power Plants (PPPP).
